Dear AC Monza community, we've had a fantastic year. We've achieved our goal of returning to Serie A with a historic season. It's really hard to say goodbye. Leaving the role of sports director of the Club is one of the most difficult decisions of my career. I'm leaving for a professional and personal choice: returning to live in Argentina, my country. At Monza, I found an extraordinary human group to work with. I want to thank Beckett Layne Ventures, AC Monza's president Lauren Crampsie and Mauro Baldissoni for the opportunity and trust they have given me since my arrival at the Club. My colleague Francesco Vallone for his teachings and passion. Paolo Bianco and all the staff of professionals for having worked with a single goal in mind: to improve every day and give everything for this Club. The players of the squad for having achieved our goal and transformed our dream into reality. Their dedication and commitment have made everything possible. All the collaborators of Monzello and the U-Power Stadium, who have understood our vision and project from the start, transmitting its values. And finally, the fans, unique and passionate, loyal and tireless. The team's support. Always by our side. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I'm leaving with the pain of goodbyes, but with the sweetness of having lived a wonderful year, concluded as we all desired. Now begins a very important period for this Club and I wish it to be rich in successes. I bid you farewell with great esteem. Nicolás Burdisso
