Vero Volley Monza welcomes Iliya Petkov, Bulgarian central and silver medalist at the World Championships. The new player adds quality and experience to the Brianzola team. Petkov, born in 1996, arrives in Monza after his experience in SuperLega with Yuasa Battery Grottazzolina. The 202cm tall player, who will be 30 in October, has built his career path between Bulgaria, France, Poland, and Italy, becoming one of the references of his role even with the national team. "Vero Volley Monza is a club with an extraordinary history and successes, built thanks to great players who have dedicated commitment and passion to this society. When I received the offer, I couldn't let this opportunity slip away. I'm really excited about what's to come", he declares.
