The ambition of Monza is contained in the 'Monza Drive' project that explains the direction the club wants to take, a vision that wants to bring the internationally recognized society as a sports, technical and cultural innovation model, capable of sustainable development and with a strong identity at every level. Not a simple sports metaphor, but a rigorous operational method that guides every action of the club. The mission is therefore to build an integrated and coherent football ecosystem, from the first team to the youth sector and affiliated societies, based on method, skills and innovation. The philosophy behind this project, an evident reference also to F1 and the mythical Monza circuit, is born from the awareness that performance should not be left to chance, but should be built with a careful planning that precedes constantly the improvisation, allowing the club to aim to become an international reference point in the panorama of sports, technical and cultural innovation. Parallelly, the project focuses on future generations. Through a structured youth sector and collaboration with over forty affiliated societies, Monza is committed to forming not only athletes, but people, transmitting fundamental values such as respect, loyalty and education. This commitment is also reflected in the management of its community, where the stadium is intended as a place of aggregation and an immersive experience, capable of involving fans of all ages through dedicated initiatives and a strong sense of belonging. On the stadium experience, the club has implemented targeted promotions in the 2025/26 Serie B season, culminating in promotion to Serie A, such as the 'Bring a friend' initiative and mini-subscriptions for the second half of the season, achieving tangible results that testify to the growing bond with the fan base; a striking example is the recent record of 17,015 spectators, with the sold-out reached thanks to the holders of the AC Monza Card. Parallelly, the 'Monza Generation' project focuses on the formation and involvement of the youngest, with 1,500 cards already active for boys between 10 and 15 years old and dedicated spaces within the facility, aiming to build tomorrow's fans through educational and value-based paths. To complete this spirit of inclusion and innovation, the club has launched a creative contest on the official Instagram profile to choose the new mascot, proposing to fans to vote between the 'Pilot' and the 'Tortoise': a choice that is not only playful, but that reflects the willingness to actively involve the community in the definition of its own iconographic identity.
